Can I check out materials from other libraries?
Yes! If you are a UVU student, faculty, or staff, you can borrow items from other Utah college and university libraries. See the Utah Academic Library Consortium website for a list of participating libraries and their contact information. Identification requirements and check-out protocols vary between libraries—we recommend you contact the library you wish to visit in advance to confirm requirements.
This doesn’t apply to local public libraries, which determine check-out eligibility based on your address.
